Cancellation Policy
- Service Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.
- Same-Day Appointments: If you need to cancel a same-day service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but a cancellation fee may apply.
Refund Policy
- Service Fees: Refunds for services already performed are not available, except in cases where the service was not completed to the satisfaction of the customer, and a review has been conducted.
- Deposits: Any deposits made for scheduled services are non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment.
- Parts and Materials: Refunds for parts or materials purchased are subject to the return policies of the manufacturer or supplier. We will assist in facilitating returns where applicable.
